Terms & Conditions

By booking NK Studio's services or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all wedding photography, pre-wedding shoots, cinematic films, and event coverages.

Payment is structured in milestones: 25% deposit at booking, 50% on or before the main event date, and the final 25% balance upon physical album delivery or full high-resolution digital drive handoff.

Raw project files or final edited output will be released only after the complete pending invoice balance is settled.

NK Studio crews arrive on time according to the agreed schedule. We are not responsible for reduced photo count or missed ceremony moments caused by venue delays, schedule shifts by the client, or restricted venue access.

Edited digital photo highlights are typically delivered within 2 to 3 weeks following the event. Full video teasers and feature films take approximately 4 to 6 weeks. Physical flush-mount photo albums take 4 to 8 weeks following client photo selection approval.

Editing styles reflect NK Studio's signature cinematic tone as shown in our official portfolio. Excessive re-editing requests outside standard color grading may incur nominal editing charges.

NK Studio retains full intellectual property copyright over all captured original photos and videos. Clients receive unlimited personal usage rights (printing, personal social media posting, sharing with friends and family).

Commercial sale, license, or distribution of NK Studio media to third-party vendors without prior written authorization is prohibited.
