3.1 Confirmed Reservation: A shoot date is considered blocked and confirmed only after the token booking amount (10%) is received by us and an official written booking confirmation (WhatsApp, email, or signed booking form) is issued.

3.2 First-Confirmed Basis: General inquiries, verbal discussions, tentative holds, quotations, and website form submissions do not reserve a date. Dates are allotted strictly on a first-confirmed, token-received basis.

3.3 Exclusivity Commitment: Once your date is confirmed, we decline competing inquiries for that date and begin committing dedicated crew, camera equipment, and production scheduling to your Job.

3.4 Client Information Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate event itineraries — dates, ceremony timings, venue addresses, function schedules, and on-ground contact coordinators. Any schedule modification must be communicated in writing as early as possible.

5.1 Base Rates (Patna): Package rates published on our website and official rate sheets apply to event locations within Patna municipal limits.

5.2 Outstation Coverage Charge (+20%): For any shoot location outside Patna (across other Bihar districts or other states), an additional 20% is applied over the base package rate to account for equipment transit, crew travel time, and logistical deployment.

5.3 Travel & Accommodation: For outstation and destination assignments, lodging, meals, and transit for the crew are either provided directly by you or arranged via custom quotation.

5.4 Location Permissions & Permits: Shooting permits, monument entry tickets, parking fees, and venue clearance charges are borne by the client.

5.5 Custom Quotations: Tailored package quotations shared in writing override standard published catalog rates for that specific booking.

5.6 Zero GST Transparency: NK Studio is not registered under GST. No GST is charged on any of our packages, and the quoted rate is the exact amount payable. We issue an official bill / receipt for every payment.

7.1 Free Rescheduling (>15 Days): If you request a date adjustment more than 15 days before the Scheduled Date, we accommodate your new date at zero additional fee, subject to our team's availability.

7.2 Unavailability on New Date: If our team is fully booked on your revised date, you may elect to cancel and claim a 100% refund under Clause 6.1 and 6.2.

7.3 Within 15 Days: Rescheduling requests made within 15 days of the event are subject to our sole operational discretion and crew availability, without refund entitlement under Clause 6.3.

7.4 One-Time Free Rescheduling: A date adjustment is accommodated once without administrative fees. Frequent repeated date shifts may require a revised quotation.

8.1 Prompt Crew Deployment: Our photography and cinema crew arrives promptly according to the agreed schedule and captures the agreed itinerary functions.

8.2 Venue & Event Delays: We are not liable for missed moments or reduced coverage caused by venue access delays, unannounced ritual schedule shifts, guest interference, or hostile environment conditions.

8.3 Overtime Coverage: Coverage extended beyond the agreed hours or function schedule is billed at our standard add-on hourly rate.

8.4 Venue Restrictions:Obtaining necessary permissions for heavy lighting, drone flights, or camera positioning in heritage or religious venues is the client's responsibility.

8.5 Drone Operations: Aerial drone coverage is subject to safe weather conditions, site clearance, and Indian civil aviation rules (DGCA). If safety or law prevents drone operation, the rest of the package proceeds as scheduled.

8.6 Crew Safety: Our crew reserves the absolute right to withdraw from unsafe, abusive, or hostile environments without liability or refund.

10.1 Readiness Notification: When your Deliverables and flush-mount albums are completed, we notify you via WhatsApp, call, or email.

10.2 30-Day Studio Collection Window: You must collect your printed physical albums and Deliverables from our Patna studio within 30 days of readiness notification.

10.3 Post-30-Day Storage Limitation: If physical items are not collected within 30 days of notification, NK Studio cannot be held responsible for storage deterioration, dust damage, or accidental loss. Re-printing after this period is chargeable.

10.4 Outstation Client Dispatch (15 Days): For clients outside Patna, Deliverables are packaged and dispatched via insured courier within 15 days of completion.

10.5 Digital Gallery Retention: Digital gallery links remain active for an agreed retention window, after which clients must rely on their own permanent local drive backups.

11.1 Statutory Copyright: Under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, NK Studio retains full intellectual property ownership and copyright over all captured original photos, raw footage, and cinematic films.

11.2 Unlimited Personal Usage Rights: Clients receive complete, unlimited personal usage rights — including personal printing, family albums, social media sharing, and distribution with friends.

11.3 Commercial Use Restriction: Commercial licensing, stock distribution, or third-party vendor advertising resale without prior written approval from NK Studio is prohibited.

11.4 Portfolio Use & Privacy Choice: We may showcase selected photographs and cinematic trailers in our portfolio. If you prefer full privacy, notify us in writing during booking and we will honor your request (see Section 6 of our Privacy Policy).

14.1 Content Ownership: All photographs, films, texts, graphics, and designs on nkstudio.in are owned by NK Studio and protected under Indian copyright law. Unauthorized scraping or republication is prohibited.

14.2 Portfolio Representation: Visual samples reflect real events photographed by NK Studio. Real-world event results vary depending on lighting, ceremony flow, and venue architecture.

14.3 Form Data Privacy: Information submitted via contact, booking, or callback forms is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
