Your event results will not be identical to the portfolio samples shown. Every celebration is unique. The final aesthetic, mood, and coverage output depend heavily on factors outside our exclusive control — including venue architecture, available ambient and stage lighting, ceremony schedule flow, weather conditions, crowd movement, outfit palettes, makeup styling, and the physical access granted to our crew.
2.3 Package Deliverables Scope: Portfolio samples represent an aggregate showcase across multiple premium tiers and custom packages. The specific deliverables you receive are strictly those itemized in your confirmed Package invoice.

3. Colour, Screens & Print Variation
3.1 Display Calibration Variance: Colors appear differently across consumer screens. Smartphones (OLED vs LCD), laptops, tablets, and televisions vary significantly in factory calibration, brightness, and color gamut profiles.
3.2 Physical Print vs Backlit Displays: Printed flush-mount photo albums, fine art framed canvases, and large enlargements reflect physical light via CMYK inks on textured paper stocks. Backlit digital RGB screens emit light and are naturally more saturated than printed physical media.
3.3 Professional Standards: Minor, subtle variations in color temperature, tonal density, and contrast between digital screen previews and printed physical albums are normal across professional photography and do not constitute manufacturing defects.

5.2 Binding Quotations: The package rate confirmed in your formal written quotation or signed booking confirmation is the exact rate that applies to your engagement.
5.3 Non-GST Registered Studio: NK Studio is not registered under GST; no GST is charged, and no GST input credit is available (Clause 5.6 of Terms).
5.4 Typographical Disclaimers: In the event of an inadvertent typographical error in published pricing, NK Studio is not bound by the obvious error and reserves the right to clarify the correct rate before booking confirmation.

9. Drone Coverage & Regulatory Limits
9.1 Aviation Law Compliance: Aerial drone operations depend strictly on safe weather conditions (absence of heavy rain, high winds), airspace clearances, and Indian civil aviation rules (DGCA / Red-Yellow-Green zone regulations).
9.2 Restricted Airspace: Venues located adjacent to airport approach corridors, sensitive defense installations, or government heritage buildings strictly prohibit drone flights.
9.3 Lawful Inoperability: If a drone cannot be flown lawfully or safely, other booked camera coverage proceeds normally with proportionate adjustments as per Terms Clause 8.5.
10. Venue Restrictions & Event-Day Conditions
Venues, temple committees, and private resorts enforce their own rules regarding tripod placement, auxiliary lighting setups, and crew access zones. NK Studio cannot be held liable for coverage limitations caused by venue administration restrictions, sudden power blackouts, extreme rain, or unannounced ceremony delays.
11. Website Availability & Technical Errors
We do not warrant that nkstudio.in will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or without temporary server maintenance downtime. We are not liable for losses resulting from website unavailability or connection interruptions.
