Refund & Cancellation Policy

To secure NK Studio for your wedding or event date, a non-refundable booking deposit (typically 25% to 30% of total package value) is required upon contract confirmation. Once booked, we decline all competing inquiries for your date.

Cancellations requested 60 days or more prior to the event date: The initial booking deposit remains non-refundable, but any additional advance payments made above the deposit will be refunded within 14 business days.

Cancellations requested within 30 to 59 days of the event date: 50% of the total contract amount is payable, as crew and equipment scheduling cannot be easily reassigned.

Cancellations requested less than 30 days prior to the event date: 100% of the contract value is non-refundable.

If you need to change your event date due to unforeseen emergencies, we will accommodate the new date subject to NK Studio team availability without additional penalty. If NK Studio is unavailable on the rescheduled date, standard cancellation terms apply.

In the rare event of extreme weather, severe natural disasters, government curfews, or unforeseen emergency events preventing either party from fulfilling the contract, both parties agree to reschedule the shoot or settle remaining balances amicably.

Eligible refunds will be processed via original payment mode (Bank Transfer / UPI / Card) within 10 to 14 working days following written confirmation of cancellation.
